My wife and I live in Canada and we decided to purchase a condominium in Siesta Key. Through my wife’s friend we were connected with Rudy. Rudy and his team are second to none! Our sale was set to close when Hurricane Ian hit. Being that we live out of state, he kept us posted as the storm progressed and even went to check on our property to make sure that it was buttoned up properly! We experienced many hiccups and delays during closing, but he was always on top of the situation. I began working with Rudy Dudon in 2024. He was responsive to our request for a meeting when we were in town for a short period of time and showed us multiple properties in Siesta Key. He also knew of an upcoming 1031 exchange that had not hit the market. We were ready to purchase in July of 2024, but the seller’s new property was not ready so the 1031 delayed until November. Rudy and Sophia helped us navigate and negotiate some closing items to our satisfaction, and we closed without ever having to appear anywhere to sign documents. They did a great job representing the company and I will use them and your company again in the future for my real estate needs.
