Rudy is the man. He went above and beyond to help us sell our siesta key home then worked equally as hard to secure us a great condo. He truly does give “white glove” treatment. Besides doing all that he secured a wedding venue for us through and old friend/client. Can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Rudy. We not only found a great realtor but he is now a good friend.

In both our transactions, we explained what we were looking for briefly and in short order he was able to give us a number of different options. He also has excellent connections with the local banks and insurers, so finalizing a transaction in Florida for an out of state person is simple. Can't recommend working with him enough.

Along with finding the right property, we were looking for an agent that would focus on an investment unit that fit our budget and be responsive getting us information in a timely manner. One by one other agents fell by the wayside through not listening to our needs, not providing information requested or simply not responding. It was a pleasure to work with Rudy, as he excelled in all these areas. He has a great knowledge of the area and the ability to look at a property from an investment perspective.

If you are looking for someone to get your property sold, look no further. Rudy is your man. I am serious. Don't even consider anyone else. The first thing Rudy did was give me an honest appraisal of my house. He said this is where you will sell and this is where the starting price should be. Next, he said you need to fix items a,b, c; they look terrible. I agreed and he arranged for the proper contractors to get the work done. They were in an out within 3 days and the property was in top shape. He even paid the contractors directly and trusted me to pay him back at the end. Rudy D said "I will have this property under contract within 30 days". And you know what- he delivered on that promise! He is hard working, honest, transparent, direct. He is all of the things you want in a realtor.... and he can close deals with the best of them. In summary, if you want to sell your property, this is the guy for you. End of story.
